A client of Sunday Creek Horizons, the Scioto Valley Piketon Area Council of Governments, was exploring redesigning their website to become more of a community resource.

Piketon County in Ohio is a rural, Appalachian community with a wide range of individuals with varying tech skills. With this in mind, I designed the concept to be straight-forward, and requiring as little questioning how to find something as much as possible.
